Job Description

The successful candidate will ensure the capture, analysis, and dissemination of marketing and user experience data to enable data-driven decisions across Corporate Communication Marketing & Brand (CCMB). They will work closely with Strategic Planners, Customer Insights, and Customer Strategy & Retention to identify data capture requirements and design and implement analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Understand requirements for tracking, measurement, and reporting across CCMB teams.
  • Ensure proper tagging and tracking, develop guidelines and frameworks, and ensure correct setup by agencies, third parties, and internal teams.
  • Define and implement marketing taxonomy for accurate data tracking.
  • Source data on the performance of campaigns and programs from various stakeholders.
  • Work with CCMB teams to develop measurement KPIs and set up tracking and measurement.
  • Document measurement frameworks, KPI development, and reporting inputs.
  • Build automated dashboards, reports, and scorecards for self-service use.
  • Train and support CCMB teams in utilizing reports for data-backed decisions.
  • Provide relevant data for campaign planning and in-flight optimization.
  • Develop predictive and forecasting models to support marketing planning and investment decisions.
  • Facilitate A/B Testing, multivariate tests, and impact analysis on product releases.
  • Monitor data quality and raise quality issues with appropriate teams.
  • Maintain compliance with Emirates Group privacy principles.
  • Qualifications & Experience

Educational Requirements

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) preferably in Engineering, Digital Marketing, E-Commerce, or equivalent.
  • Google Analytics Certification highly desired.

Professional Experience

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing analytics in a global organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of UX analytics platforms, web tracking, and reporting tools.
  • Intermediate skills in query writing and knowledge of SQL, Google Big Query, Google Cloud Platform.
  • Intermediate understanding of BI tools like Microstrategy and Tableau.
  • Basic knowledge of performance-driven digital marketing channels and advanced marketing analytics concepts.
