As a UX Engineer on our Core team, you’ll play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between user experience (UX) design and front-end development. Responsibilities

1. Project Management. Handle multiple project requests simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality outcomes.
2. Collaboration. Work closely with UX designers and researchers to integrate their feedback and refine design solutions.
3. Implementation. Collaborate with fellow engineers to finalize implementation, ensuring that products meet design and performance standards.
4. Accessibility. Adhere to high accessibility standards to make our products usable for everyone.
5. Mentorship. Serve as a mentor to early-career UX engineers and peers, fostering professional growth and sharing expertise.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2. Experience. At least 4 years of experience in front-end development, technical UX design, or prototyping.
3. Technical Skills. Proficiency with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
4. Tools & Technologies. Hands-on experience with software/design development programs such as React Native, Git, and Figma.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience. 5 years in developing responsive, adaptive, and high-performance websites and applications. 3 years in a front-end developer, UX Engineer, creative, or prototyping design role.
2. Programming Languages. Experience in Swift, Kotlin, Dart, Python, Ruby, Java, or C++.
3. Modern Technologies. Familiarity with ES2015+ or TypeScript, and modern libraries/frameworks such as Node, Lit, React, or Angular.
4. Graphics & Animation. Experience with vector and motion graphics, including SVG, HTML5 Canvas, and animation using JavaScript and CSS (e.g., GreenSock, D3, ProcessingJS, Web Animation API).
