Responsibilities
- Collaboration. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and develop innovative solutions.
- Design Execution. Translate requirements into user-centric designs using wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- User-Centered Design. Advocate for the user experience throughout the design process, integrating user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product updates.
- Design Advocacy. Champion design-centered changes, refinements, and improvements, influencing product prioritization and strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product design or UX, showcasing proficiency across multiple platforms.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating direct contributions to various design projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in a cross-functional organization and 1 year of experience leading design projects.
- Ability to initiate and lead product ideation from inception, driving improvements within a user-centered design framework.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to articulate and advocate for product design strategy.
