As a Solution Architect, you will oversee large, complex workforce management initiatives and ensure the integration of UKG Dimensions with clients' systems is executed flawlessly. Your expertise will guide clients through successful software implementations, ensuring the solutions are optimized to deliver the maximum time-to-value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Boomi Integration solutions for UKG Dimensions, ensuring alignment with client needs and business requirements.
- Work closely with leadership and project teams to analyze, design, and deliver integration solutions that optimize API integrations and improve client business processes.
- Manage the full software implementation lifecycle for UKG Dimensions and related solutions, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Leverage industry best practices and UKG best practices to deliver solutions that meet business needs and ensure smooth project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to identify integration best practices, resolve issues, and implement process improvements.
- Lead meetings and workshops with stakeholders to align on project goals, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged.
- Proactively identify integration challenges or project risks and recommend solutions to mitigate potential roadblocks.
- Provide expertise to guide clients through complex workforce management challenges and system integrations, ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead training sessions for client leadership and staff on the UKG Dimensions integration platform and tools, ensuring long-term success and self-sufficiency in managing the solution.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to junior team members and internal resources, building internal capability and expertise.
- Lead teams in the execution of complex integration projects, ensuring resources are efficiently utilized and milestones are met.
- Provide strategic guidance to clients and team members, ensuring the quality and sustainability of the integration solution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with UKG Dimensions and Boomi Software Suite.
- At least 2 years of experience integrating with APIs and other external systems in a workforce management environment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage end-to-end software implementations, including requirements gathering, design, and technical delivery.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years of work experience).
- Alternatively, if you have an Associate’s Degree, you should have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
- Minimum 4 years of experience working with both UKG Workforce Central and UKG Dimensions.
- Additional experience with UKG WIM (Workforce Integration Manager) and other UKG tools.
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior consultants or internal resources.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and mentor teams to deliver high-quality results.
