As a UI Development Lead, you will be pivotal in shaping the user interfaces of products for Accenture's clients. You will collaborate with back-end developers and designers to enhance usability, align with product requirements, and deliver high-quality web solutions. This role provides the unique opportunity to guide the technical direction of the frontend team while applying your expertise in modern web technologies.

Responsibilities

1. Lead Front-End Development. Guide the technical direction for the UI team, ensuring best practices and up-to-date technologies are implemented effectively.
2. Mentor Junior Developers. Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and offer guidance to junior team members.
3. Collaborate Across Teams. Work closely with designers, back-end developers, and stakeholders to align frontend deliverables with project goals.
4. Research and Implement New Technologies. Explore and introduce cutting-edge web technologies to improve both development efficiency and user experience.
5. Project Management. Oversee project timelines, track milestones, and ensure the final product aligns with client vision and expectations.
6. Maintain Code Quality. Enforce high standards for code performance, structure, and overall quality, ensuring robust solutions.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with Alpine, Angular, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience developing modern, high-performance UI applications using web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong understanding of web frameworks and libraries, with experience in front-end architecture and design principles.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) and JavaScript development.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and best practices.
