Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily customer/vendor creation and modifications for third-party and intra-company requests.
• Process emergency requests and assist team members as necessary for Siemens Business Units.
• Coordinate with customers to analyze queries and resolve issues.
• Contact requestors for discrepancy resolution, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Maintain accurate master data for customer/vendor creations and modifications.
• Ensure proper accounting and controls are adhered to during processing activities.
• Understand and apply various quality methodologies to enhance process efficiency.
• Work with internal departments to address queries and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize analytical skills to effectively resolve customer and vendor-related queries.
• Manage multiple applications/ERPs to facilitate the work process.

Qualifications and Skills

• Graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Willingness to work night shifts or early morning shifts.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong proactive thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complexity and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• A service-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
