Job Description

Google Store is Google’s e-commerce channel for Google hardware devices and services. We aim to deliver exceptional e-commerce experiences and drive sales of our first-party hardware and services, including Pixel phones, Google Nest, Fitbit, and more. As a Trading Manager, you will lead the growth of our e-commerce business in EMEA, managing product categories and optimizing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Category Management. Oversee and develop one or more device and services categories, including launch planning, sales forecasting, and merchandising across EMEA.
  2. Strategy Development. Set and achieve product volume and market share goals, execute go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, and drive business growth.
  3. Customer Experience. Enhance site capabilities, delivery, and support to improve the overall customer experience.
  4. Partner Management. Serve as a primary contact for both internal and external stakeholders, managing day-to-day operations and developing strategic partnerships.
  5. Performance Analysis. Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure business goals are met and identify new opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in sales or trading within an e-commerce environment.
  • Experience in retail and online sectors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven success in a fast-paced online sales environment, with a track record of meeting or exceeding financial targets and quotas.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with partners through strategic and sales approaches.
  • Familiarity with European markets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to manage ambiguity, solve complex problems, and scale operations effectively.
