Key Responsibilities
- Operations Support. Provide end-to-end operational support for GTP services, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and swiftly resolving issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Incident Management. Respond promptly to incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Prioritize and escalate critical issues as needed to meet SLA commitments.
- Change Management. Collaborate with release managers for seamless deployments, conduct post-deployment reviews, and capture lessons learned to enhance future release processes.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization. Track and analyze service performance metrics, identify trends, and proactively implement improvements for reliability, scalability, and efficiency of systems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work closely with development, infrastructure, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and alignment with business goals.
