Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Provide comprehensive support for GTP services, including monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring minimal downtime.
- Maintain optimal service performance by quickly resolving incidents and implementing solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
Incident Management
- Promptly respond to incidents, perform in-depth root cause analysis, and take corrective action to prevent recurrence.
- Prioritize and escalate critical issues to ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain business continuity.
Change Management
- Collaborate with release managers to ensure smooth deployments, conducting post-deployment reviews to identify improvements.
- Implement best practices in deployment processes, ensuring future releases are optimized and issues are minimized.
Performance Monitoring
- Monitor and analyze service performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
- Implement measures to enhance system reliability, scalability, and operational efficiency across GTP services.
Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of applications.
- Align operational processes with business objectives to ensure that technical solutions meet organizational needs.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a TechOps or similar operations role.
- Strong knowledge of incident management, troubleshooting, and problem-solving in a technical environment.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and a deep understanding of change management practices.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
