Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
- Deliver end-to-end support for our service suite, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Continuously monitor systems and services, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement robust solutions to prevent disruptions.
- Maintain operational documentation and ensure best practices are consistently followed across the team.
Incident Management
- Respond to incidents promptly, identifying root causes, and executing corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within the agreed timelines and escalate critical issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Perform post-incident reviews to capture lessons learned and implement preventative strategies.
Change Management
- Collaborate with release managers to facilitate seamless deployments and conduct thorough post-deployment reviews.
- Document deployment processes and identify areas for improvement to ensure future efficiency.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring all changes are implemented with minimal impact.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Continuously monitor key performance metrics, analyze data trends, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Proactively implement strategies to enhance system scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
