As a Technology Lead at Infosys, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the digital transformation initiatives of global clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js).
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly, efficient, and scalable systems.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
- Manage and troubleshoot databases, ensuring the best practices in database design for both SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Ensure high-quality coding standards, including testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of solutions.
- Contribute to the design and execution of end-to-end solutions that meet business objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in software development and bring innovative solutions to the table.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience as a MERN Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks like Bootstrap, Material-UI.
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with Git and version control practices.
- Solid understanding of both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in an agile environment with a collaborative team approach.

- Tertiary Qualification in IT/Computer Science/related discipline.
