Job Description

Accenture is seeking a Technology Architect with deep expertise in SAP MM (Materials Management) to join our team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for the architecture and integration of application systems that meet functional, security, performance, and quality requirements. You will provide strategic leadership in the design of scalable, secure, and efficient solutions that align with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Architecture Design and Integration. Review business and technical requirements to develop an optimal architecture solution, ensuring all aspects (functional, security, integration, performance) are well integrated.
  2. Lead Technical Decision-Making. Lead and support key decisions on hardware, network products, system software, and security, ensuring alignment with application requirements and industry best practices.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Work with product managers, system architects, and business stakeholders to ensure that the technical architecture meets both technical requirements and business goals.
  4. Technical Leadership. Provide guidance and mentorship to other architects and team members on implementing architectural decisions and solving complex technical challenges.
  5. Problem Solving and Innovation. Offer solutions for complex technical problems that require creative, innovative thinking across multiple teams and applications.
  6. System and Application Integration. Ensure the technical integration of solutions across different systems and platforms. This includes working with SAP modules, especially SAP MM.
  7. Continuous Improvement. Stay up to date on industry trends, evolving technologies, and best practices to keep the architecture cutting-edge, efficient, and secure.

Required Qualifications

  1. Experience. Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP MM (Materials Management) with strong knowledge of the technical architecture.
  2. Education. A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a reputed university.

Technical Skills

  1. In-depth knowledge of SAP MM and Materials Management modules and their integration into business systems.
  2. Architecture Design. Experience in reviewing and integrating technical architecture, ensuring robustness and scalability.
  3. Expertise in hardware, networking products, system software, and security protocols.
  4. Ability to evaluate complex requirements and develop solutions that are both technically sound and business-oriented.
  5. Familiarity with various technical frameworks, databases, and tools used for enterprise architecture.
  6. Leadership and Collaboration. Proven experience in leading teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key decisions on technical solutions.
  7. Communication Skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Industry Knowledge. Experience in industries such as Oil and Gas (upstream) and Oil and Gas Production Operations is a plus.
  2. Problem Solving. Demonstrated ability to solve complex, cross-functional technical problems and provide innovative solutions.
  3. SAP Expertise. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and integration with other SAP modules is beneficial.
  4. Security Awareness. Understanding of security protocols in relation to enterprise architecture, ensuring the solutions are secure and resilient.

Professional & Technical Skills

  1. SAP MM. Expertise in the Materials Management module and its integration with other SAP modules.
  2. System Architecture. Ability to design and integrate technical architectures across various applications and platforms.
  3. Cloud Technologies. Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and their integration with on-premise systems.
  4. Security Standards. Understanding of enterprise security requirements and best practices.
  5. Automation. Experience in automating key parts of the development process for efficiency and scalability.
  6. Process Improvement. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and their implementation in a tech environment.
