Minimum Qualifications

• 6 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Proficiency in Developer Documentation, API Documentation, and Cloud Technologies.
• Working knowledge of Linux Kernel, HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of experience as a Technical Writer.
• Ability to quickly learn and document new and emerging technologies.
• Experience in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
• Proven skills in creating documentation tailored to developers and DevOps.
• Strong understanding of source code and ability to document it effectively.

Responsibilities

• Craft technical documentation, including comprehensive overviews, detailed how-to guides, user guides, API documentation, and API references.
• Develop supplementary content, such as articles, white papers, solutions documentation, and project-related communications.
• Audit and organize existing documentation, addressing documentation gaps and supporting new initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define documentation requirements, working closely with engineers to create, update, and enhance documentation.
• Edit and refine technical documents authored by engineers, offering guidance to improve clarity and consistency in technical writing.
