We are seeking a versatile Technical Writer with a passion for cybersecurity. In this role, you will create and manage technical documentation that helps customers learn, use, and deploy our security offerings. You will work with global security partner teams to ensure consistent and coherent content across products and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation. Develop and manage high-quality content experiences, including overview articles, how-to guides, reference materials, and help articles for end users.
2. Collaboration. Work closely with security partner teams and stakeholders to ensure content consistency and accuracy across products.
3. Content Management. Review and analyze content metrics to address lower-performing articles and improve content effectiveness.
4. Customer Focus. Use data to articulate content strategies and enhance your understanding of customer needs, security trends, and privacy concerns.
5. Continuous Improvement. Stay updated on cybersecurity, safety, and privacy topics to continually enhance content quality and relevance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in writing, content design, IT, or coding/programming, or equivalent experience.
• Experience creating content for enterprise admins, IT generalists, or security operations and security admins.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, with a focus on endpoint/device security.
• Degree in English, Technical Communications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred

• Experience with GitHub and VS Code.
• Ability to measure content success using reports such as Power BI and Excel.
• Understanding of SEO concepts and best practices.
