Accenture is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their Reserve with Google (RwG) team. In this role, you will support Google’s platform, ensuring that product integrations are smooth, and technical issues are resolved efficiently. You will work autonomously and be part of a team that thrives on collaboration and knowledge-sharing to achieve business transformation. Your role will involve creating documentation, troubleshooting technical issues, providing integration support, and ensuring superior client and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clear and concise developer guides, reference implementations, and workflow diagrams to assist both internal teams and external clients with integration processes and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate unresolved problems, and respond to product support requests from both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Perform testing and validation to ensure that all solutions and products meet quality standards.
• Provide top-tier technical integration support, ensuring smooth integration of products with external systems.
• Collaborate with external partners to scale product integrations and address any technical challenges.
• Ability to work independently, ensuring tasks are completed within specified timeframes while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Proactively communicate status updates to team members to ensure smooth project flow.
• Maintain proactive communication with internal stakeholders, project managers, and clients to ensure all parties are aligned on the technical progress and integration status.
• Be the go-to point of contact for any technical issues during implementation and integration phases.
• Use strong analytical skills to review and analyze various data formats (CSV, XML, and JSON), ensuring smooth product deployment and integration processes.

Basic Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Reserve with Google (RwG) functionality.
• Experience with external client communication, including writing clear and impactful emails and documentation.
• Ability to context-switch and manage multiple tasks across various stages of implementation, ensuring smooth project delivery.
• Comfortable working with data formats such as CSV, XML, and JSON.
• High School Diploma / GED required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a related field.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience working with large datasets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
