Job Description

As a Technical Recruiter at Google, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment process, leveraging your expertise to attract, assess, and hire exceptional candidates. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, using data-driven insights to refine our hiring strategies and ensure an outstanding candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop talent pipelines by understanding role requirements, utilizing recruiting processes, and recommending best practices.
  • Facilitate an exceptional candidate experience through effective talent assessment, skill evaluation, and seamless coordination of the interview and offer process.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, influence hiring strategies, and provide regular updates on open roles.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and hiring teams to develop solutions that support diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Align team dynamics and organizational needs through a deep understanding of function-specific role profiles.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience facilitating discussions about compensation packages.
  • 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Experience in leading projects related to recruiting or talent acquisition.
