Job Description

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience facilitating discussions about compensation packages.
  • 2 years of experience in technical recruiting.
  • Experience in leading projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop talent acquisition strategies by leveraging recruiting processes and tools and gathering role requirements and recommendations.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by supporting talent assessment, evaluating skills and client needs, and managing the interview and offer process.
  • Influence hiring managers on their hiring strategy and provide regular updates on open roles.
  • Collaborate with key business, staffing, and hiring stakeholders to devise solutions that align with diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
  • Identify team alignment opportunities based on a deep understanding of the organization/function and role profiles.
