As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead complex and large-scale cross-functional initiatives, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from inception to delivery. This role demands a strategic thinker who can effectively plan, coordinate, and execute projects while managing multiple stakeholders and navigating through intricate challenges.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Ownership. Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional initiatives, including defining project scope, planning roadmaps, allocating resources, and executing the project plan.
2. Effort Estimation & Planning. Accurately estimate work efforts required for project delivery and develop detailed plans for team execution.
3. Monitoring & Execution. Track project progress from initiation through to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards. Engage with stakeholders to address any deviations from the plan.
4. Communication & Issue Management. Identify and bridge communication gaps, manage issue escalations, resolve dependencies, and provide support to project teams.
5. Reporting. Monitor and report key metrics related to sprint execution, test execution, bugs, issues, and risks to leadership and project teams.

What You’ll Bring to the Table

1. Program Management Expertise. Demonstrated understanding of program management, SDLC processes, and Agile methodologies.
2. Tool Proficiency. Expertise in using project management tools like Jira or Rally.
