We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager II to join our Data Science and Reporting team, supporting the Expedia Travel and Partner Services Platform (TPSP). In this role, you will collaborate across teams and locations to drive initiatives and roadmaps, manage project intake, perform analysis, and present findings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, exceptional project management skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Who You Are

• You excel at translating complex business problems into clear analytical problem statements and designing frameworks to address them.
• You have a deep understanding of business, product, and operational requirements and can develop innovative solutions.
• You possess excellent project management skills and can manage high-visibility projects effectively.
• Your expertise includes data visualization using Tableau or similar tools, along with proficiency in SQL and basic coding skills.
• You have experience with tools such as JIRA and Confluence and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and can prioritize conflicting demands effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead high-visibility projects, including project intake, impact analysis, and communication of complex metric changes to leadership.
• Utilize your analytics expertise to extract, sample, and visualize large datasets using SQL and Tableau.
• Take initiative to identify and solve current and potential problems, involving and managing resources as needed.
• Coordinate stakeholders with varied perspectives to develop solutions and contribute your own suggestions.
• Proactively contribute to cross-team collaboration and alignment with broader initiatives.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, deliver presentations, and share information and ideas.
• Own projects end-to-end, including building timelines, key milestones, and regular updates to stakeholders.
