Key Responsibilities
- Visionary Leadership. Articulate and champion the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.
- Strategic Roadmapping. Develop and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, incorporating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and emerging trends.
- Prioritization and Enhancement. Evaluate and prioritize product feedback and enhancements, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize the user experience.
- Performance Monitoring. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Risk Management. Assess potential risks and challenges that may impact product success, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Market Intelligence. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to inform product development decisions.
- Revenue Generation. Drive achievement of revenue targets through strategic product positioning and value proposition.
- Customer Engagement. Engage with customers, handle opportunities, and support pre-sales efforts, including responding to RFPs and delivering compelling presentations to CXOs and stakeholders.
- Business Acumen. Demonstrate commercial understanding and proficiency in building business cases to drive product adoption and profitability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure alignment and meet product launch timelines.
- OEM Partnership. Cultivate relationships and collaborate with OEMs to enhance product capabilities and offerings.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in product management within the tech products/software development industry, with a total of 6-7 years of professional experience.
- Knowledge of security products and services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and make data-driven decisions.
