Job Description

As a Technical Process Specialist at Infosys BPM, you will be at the forefront of managing and optimizing customer relationship management (CRM) workflows, supporting marketing technologies, and improving data processes. You will leverage your technical expertise to streamline operations, implement data engineering solutions, and work with CRM and marketing technology platforms. This role requires strong experience in Oracle, Excel, data ETL processes, and data visualization, alongside expertise in handling CRM, Email Marketing, and Direct Marketing processes from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize CRM workflows by applying your knowledge of the end-to-end CRM process.
  • Ensure smooth integration and flow between different CRM platforms and marketing tools.
  • Enhance customer engagement through efficient data processing and automation.
  • Lead efforts to manage and transform data through ETL processes. Use data engineering techniques to handle large volumes of data and make it available for further processing or analysis.
  • Focus on data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all systems.
  • Optimize and automate data pipelines to improve process efficiency.
  • Use data visualization tools to present data insights effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clear and actionable reporting on key metrics.
  • Make complex data accessible through reports and dashboards to inform decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain the integration of marketing technology platforms such as CRM, Email Service Providers (ESPs), and Direct Marketing tools.
  • Work with marketing teams to ensure tools are leveraged optimally to reach target audiences effectively.
  • Collaborate on strategies to integrate customer data from multiple sources into marketing campaigns.
  • Expertly handle and use reporting tools to generate insights into customer data and campaign performance.
  • Support stakeholders by providing detailed reports on CRM processes and marketing effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign results and optimize marketing processes based on data-driven insights.
  • Oversee the execution of direct marketing, email marketing, and other CRM-related processes from start to finish.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with customer needs and business goals.
  • Maintain quality control across all marketing efforts, ensuring timely and accurate campaign execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in handling Customer Relationship Management (CRM) workflows.
  • Solid experience with Oracle, Excel, and data processing techniques.
  • Demonstrated expertise in data ETL processes, data engineering, and working at scale with large datasets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Marketing Technology platforms such as CRM platforms, Email Service Providers (ESPs), and Direct Marketing tools.
  • Experience with Reporting Tools to generate and manage insights.

Technical Skills

  • Strong knowledge of Oracle databases and Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with ETL tools for managing and processing data workflows.
  • Proven ability to work with data visualization platforms to present actionable insights.
  • Experience with CRM processes, including Email Marketing and Direct Marketing workflows.

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of API integrations between different marketing and CRM platforms.
