The gTech Knowledge Infrastructure and Tools (gKIT) team at Google is focused on innovating services, automating workflows, and simplifying support processes through shared insights and data. As a Technical Operations Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining system configurations, identifying efficiency improvements, and proposing new processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management. Administer core configurations and proactively maintain system health.
- Technical Projects. Execute technical projects including issue triage and troubleshooting.
- Vendor Collaboration. Partner with vendors for established workflows and identify new scaling opportunities.
- Program Implementation. Drive the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of stakeholder programs and tools.
- Solution Innovation. Ideate, launch, and scale solutions to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and success measurement.
Minimum Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Project Management. 2 years of experience in technical project management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., product management, sales, implementation).
Preferred Qualifications
- Business Requirements Management. Experience with business requirements management, solution design, and customer journey mapping.
- Technical Skills. Proficiency with JSON, Python, or HTML.
- Problem Solving. Ability to solve complex problems through structured root cause analysis and prioritization in ambiguous areas.
- Communication. Strong skills in communicating with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Skills. Excellent relationship building, collaboration, negotiation, communication, project management, and analytical skills.
