We are seeking a Technical Content Consultant for a hybrid role based in our Mumbai office. The Content Operations team is dedicated to ensuring an optimized experience for all Cornerstone Content Users – learners, partners, internal teams, prospects, and customer stakeholders – with their content subscription. The quality and diversity of our online learning content define our success, and Cornerstone’s Technical Consultant - Content will help lead this initiative.
As a successful candidate, you will play a critical role in ensuring that partner content is successfully integrated into Cornerstone Content products. This role requires strategic thinking, practical project management, and the ability to deeply understand and effectively communicate technical concepts. Your performance will be measured by specific metrics associated with the integration, functionality, and ongoing refresh of Cornerstone provider content.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Technical Relationships. Cultivate and maintain technical relationships with leading learning content providers worldwide.
- Integration & Functionality Oversight. Ensure the successful integration and ongoing functionality of provider content, providing a positive experience and success in our Content products.
- Problem Solving. Identify, troubleshoot, research, and apply solutions to content experience and quality issues. Collaborate with cross-functional support teams and escalate when necessary.
- Collaboration with Providers. Work closely with content providers’ operational staff to assist in the execution of required deliverables.
- E-learning Integration. Integrate and enable learning content providers using traditional e-learning methods and APIs.
- Technical Communication. Create and convey complex technical materials in a concise and effective manner.
- Migration Planning. Design and implement migration plans for existing content providers as technology evolves.
- Solution Development. Develop solutions to enhance provider or customer experience.
- Risk Management. Anticipate and mitigate risks related to changes in vendor’s technology or Cornerstone’s solutions.
Qualifications
- Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience with technical integrations or consulting.
- 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development.
Technical Proficiency
- Expert level proficiency with Microsoft Excel and e-learning standards such as AICC, SCORM.
- Proficiency with systems such as ServiceNow, Zendesk, JIRA, Salesforce.
- Familiarity with AWS Suite, Postman, SQL Server Querying.
- Communication Skills. Strong ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical individuals. Exceptional presentation and communication skills with strong business acumen.
- Work Environment. Ability to adapt to different cultures and work effectively across time zones including PST. Flexibility to achieve results in an entrepreneurial environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience with implementation of e-learning and/or SaaS products.
- Experience with Cornerstone and/or SabaCloud Suite of products.
- Work experience in any type of learning content distribution company.
