Mphasis is seeking a skilled Technical Architect with extensive experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join our team in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and optimizing AEM components, resolving technical issues, and supporting production environments. Your expertise in AEM, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will help drive the success of our projects and ensure high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AEM components and page components.
• Create and customize AEM dialogs using JavaScript, jQuery, Coral UI, and CSS.
• Develop and manage AEM workflows, including custom user interaction dialogs and conditional flows.
• Conduct code reviews, merge changes, and deploy updates.
• Provide support for production issues during offshore/APAC hours.
• Identify and resolve issues in on-premise AEM implementations.
• Maintain a good understanding of AEM architecture, including user groups, permissions, and dispatcher configurations (IIS or Apache).
• Assist and mentor other developers in solving technical challenges.
• Clearly articulate problems and solutions to team members.
• Engage in discussions to resolve technical issues and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Experience

• 7 to 9 years of experience in AEM development.
• Proficient in AEM component and page development.
• Experienced in creating customized AEM dialogs and workflows.

Technical Expertise

• Strong skills in JavaScript, jQuery, Coral UI, and CSS for AEM customization.
• Knowledge of dispatcher and webserver configurations, with a preference for IIS or Apache.
• Basic understanding of J2EE concepts such as servlets, filters, and services.
• Familiarity with ACS commons and its applications.
