As a Technical Architect/Senior Technical Architect, you will drive innovation by implementing advanced AI models, including large language models (LLMs), and harnessing cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, or GCP to deliver robust AI-powered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of generative AI applications and machine learning systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and integrate valuable datasets into AI models.
- Build, fine-tune, and customize large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5, GPT-4, or similar from OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
- Develop rapid Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) leveraging generative AI services like Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, and Vertex.
- Apply natural language processing (NLP), natural language generation (NLG), and advanced LLM techniques to transform text data into actionable insights.
- Preprocess structured and unstructured data, ensuring data quality and integrity for model training.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to implement machine learning pipelines and deploy AI models in production.
- Optimize AI models for specific business needs, such as content generation, sentiment analysis, and decision-making.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and frameworks, ensuring the implementation of state-of-the-art solutions.
Key Requirements
Technical Skills
AI/ML Expertise
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML models.
- Proficiency in large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3.5, GPT-4, BERT, LSTMs, or other advanced models.
- Experience in creating AI applications that leverage Azure Cognitive Services or equivalent cloud-based AI tools.
Programming and Data Engineering
- Proficiency in Python, with strong programming and statistical analysis skills.
- Knowledge of R, SQL, Hive, and Pig, and familiarity with Scala, Java, or C++ is a plus.
- Expertise in machine learning algorithms, data preprocessing, and feature engineering.
Cloud and AI Services
- Deep understanding of Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms, including their cognitive services (e.g., Vision, Speech, Language).
- Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as OpenAI’s GPT, AWS Bedrock, and Google Vertex AI.
- Proven ability to train, fine-tune, and deploy distributed OpenAI models such as DaVinci, Curie, Babbage, and ADA.
Mandatory Skills
- Ability to design data pipelines and integrate new datasets for AI/ML models.
- Extensive experience in transforming natural language data into actionable features using NLP and LLM techniques.
- Proven track record of delivering projects leveraging GenAI platforms like Azure OpenAI, Bedrock, or Vertex.
Desirable Skills
- Expertise in building predictive models and leveraging machine learning algorithms to identify trends and patterns.
- Familiarity with tools and frameworks for text representation (n-grams, bag-of-words, sentiment analysis, etc.).
