Mphasis is seeking an experienced AEM Developer to join our team as a Technical Architect. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing and enhancing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Code Reviews & Deployment. Conduct code reviews, manage merge requests, and deploy applications effectively.
2. Collaboration. Assist and mentor other developers, providing guidance to resolve issues and communicate solutions clearly.
3. Production Support. Respond to production support requests during offshore/APAC hours.
4. Component Development. Develop AEM components and page components, ensuring they meet business requirements.
5. Custom Dialog Creation. Create customized AEM dialogs using JavaScript, jQuery, Coral UI, and CSS.
6. Workflow Management. Design and implement AEM workflows, including custom user interaction dialogs and conditional flows.
7. Issue Resolution. Identify and resolve issues in on-premises AEM implementations.
8. Architecture Understanding. Maintain a strong understanding of AEM architecture, including user groups and permissions handling.
9. Dispatcher & Web Server Knowledge. Work with AEM dispatcher and web servers (preferably IIS or Apache).

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience. 7 to 9 years in AEM development.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AEM component and page component development.
• Experience in creating customized AEM dialogs with strong JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS skills.
• Familiarity with basic J2EE concepts, including servlets, filters, and services.
• Knowledge of ACS Commons and general AEM architecture.
• Communication Skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate problems and solutions effectively.
