Essential Functions
- Define, build, and execute transportation processes from Fulfillment Centers (FC) to customers, leveraging our Sort Center network.
- Lead the hiring, training, and development of a highly motivated workforce for Sort Center teams, in collaboration with HR and training teams, ensuring operational requirements are met while maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, Fulfillment Centers, and Projects teams on matters related to Sort Center operations.
- Drive continuous improvement in Sort Center processes to achieve sustained performance standards, including initiating improvements to enhance quality, reduce waste, and eliminate unnecessary work.
- Analyze data reports to identify performance bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Implement formal process control and process improvement mechanisms such as Kaizen.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Support, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce members.
- Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery commitments.
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 22 kgs, frequent pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching.
- Work up to 12-hour shifts in an environment with varying noise levels.
About The Team
Our team operates in the 2nd largest building in the North region, spanning an operational area of 125,000 sq. feet. Located near IMT Manesar, Haryana, on NH 8 connecting Delhi-Jaipur, we are the benchmark site in the INSC network, achieving the highest productivity levels. We continuously strive to raise the bar and provide talent to other sites as well.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or customer-facing environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications
- Fluent in English (speaking, writing, and reading)

- Background in e-commerce, retail, or advertising
