As a Team Lead in our FC operations, you'll play a critical role in managing day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution of inbound and outbound processes, meeting Amazon's high standards for customer delivery. You'll oversee a team, driving performance management, training, and development initiatives to optimize delivery performance. Your responsibilities will include.
- Managing FC operations for a shift, coordinating physical and virtual workflows to ensure timely product shipments.
- Training and coaching team members to perform operational tasks in compliance with company policies.
- Implementing Amazon policies, including attendance tracking and addressing disciplinary issues.
- Collaborating with third-party delivery providers to uphold Amazon standards.
- Conducting audits and standing in for the Area Manager as needed.
- Managing day and night shifts, adjusting load plans, and making routing decisions.
- Allocating labor resources, leading meetings, and assigning job duties.
- Problem-solving to ensure continuous operations and addressing safety hazards.
- Communicating with internal and external suppliers and escalating issues as needed.
- Participating in safety and operational excellence initiatives.
- Performing administrative duties and supporting other fulfillment centers as required.

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing.
- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
