As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the financial health of our clients by contacting those with overdue accounts and securing settlements. You will also engage in preventive work to avoid future overdue accounts, especially those with high exposure.

Minimum Qualifications

• Good academic qualifications, preferably CA/CS/CAMS/LLB/CIA/MBA, with experience in compliance or legal fields being an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of RBI KYC/AML regulations.
• Experience in a regulatory compliance role within large banks or payment operators.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
