As a Senior Recruiter, you will work autonomously to execute creative and effective recruitment strategies. You’ll collaborate with senior business leaders, guiding strategic hiring decisions to build a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Functions. Manage all phases of talent acquisition across delivery units, focusing on effective sourcing and quality of hire.
- Collaboration. Work with recruitment teams to fulfill vacancies through beneficial recruitment sources, meeting timelines while minimizing costs.
- Partner Management. Improve the effectiveness of direct hiring channels and manage partnerships to enhance recruitment processes.
- Resource Operations. Oversee forecasting, scheduling, and monitoring of resource operations to align with business objectives.
- Performance Tracking. Maintain metrics on billing adherence, cost per hire, revenue, and profitability across multiple programs.
- Employer Branding. Promote strategies for continuous improvement of employer branding in Portugal.
Qualifications
- Education. Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience. 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and closing candidates.
- IT Sector Knowledge. Good understanding of IT recruitment, especially engineering skills, is a plus.
- Candidate Experience. Commitment to delivering an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
- High-Volume Recruiting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
