Job Description

As a Senior Recruiter, you will work autonomously to execute creative and effective recruitment strategies. You’ll collaborate with senior business leaders, guiding strategic hiring decisions to build a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition Functions. Manage all phases of talent acquisition across delivery units, focusing on effective sourcing and quality of hire.
  2. Collaboration. Work with recruitment teams to fulfill vacancies through beneficial recruitment sources, meeting timelines while minimizing costs.
  3. Partner Management. Improve the effectiveness of direct hiring channels and manage partnerships to enhance recruitment processes.
  4. Resource Operations. Oversee forecasting, scheduling, and monitoring of resource operations to align with business objectives.
  5. Performance Tracking. Maintain metrics on billing adherence, cost per hire, revenue, and profitability across multiple programs.
  6. Employer Branding. Promote strategies for continuous improvement of employer branding in Portugal.

Qualifications

  1. Education. Bachelor’s Degree.
  2. Experience. 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sourcing and closing candidates.
  3. IT Sector Knowledge. Good understanding of IT recruitment, especially engineering skills, is a plus.
  4. Candidate Experience. Commitment to delivering an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process.
  5. High-Volume Recruiting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple recruitment projects effectively.
  6. Strategic Approach. Employ innovative methods to attract and engage top talent.
