We are seeking a skilled IT professional with extensive experience in Windows environment management, Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and cloud server administration. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in setting up, deploying, and maintaining Windows servers (2008, 2012, 2016, 2019) and proficiency in PowerShell scripting. Knowledge of physical hardware management, particularly HP and Dell systems, is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Windows Server infrastructure including setup, deployment, and maintenance.
• Administer Active Directory and Azure Active Directory environments.
• Monitor and manage Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
• Configure and troubleshoot cloud services, with emphasis on AWS and Azure environments.
• Resolve basic issues related to NetScaler and ensure its optimal functioning.
• Administer Citrix servers, including setup, application publishing, and user support.
• Troubleshoot Citrix server and user issues, ensuring smooth operation of Citrix XenApp, Citrix Studio, VDA, and NetScaler.
• Install and troubleshoot Microsoft Office and other applications across the network.
• Collaborate effectively with teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience with Windows Server administration and PowerShell scripting.
• Deep understanding of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Familiarity with Citrix XenApp, Citrix Studio, VDA, and NetScaler configurations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to set up and maintain environments in AWS and/or Azure cloud platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative mindset.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization) preferred.
