Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated System Analyst to join our team, focusing on NavOne and Dynamics Business Central. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing service desk tickets, troubleshooting bugs, and resolving performance issues, ensuring seamless operations for our business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Production Support. Manage service desk tickets for NavOne/Business Central, promptly assessing, logging, prioritizing, and resolving user queries directly or escalating them to the vendor support desk.
  2. Database Management. Work on SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to support application functionality.
  3. Application Deployment. Ensure the correct deployment and optimal operation of applications used by business partners.
  4. Documentation & Compliance. Maintain a disciplined approach to implementation, support, and documentation while adhering to departmental policies, including release management and IT security standards.
  5. Team Collaboration. Collaborate effectively within a team environment, exhibiting a can-do mentality and a commitment to delivering on responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Educational Background. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).

Experience

  • 5-7 years of technical experience with NavOne and/or Dynamics Business Central.
  • Over 5 years in IT application maintenance, business analysis, or information analysis.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
  • Advanced SQL Server and database programming knowledge.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and requirements gathering.

Soft Skills

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and capability to work with minimal guidance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Trust Company Business, Funds Service Business, Financial Accounting, and Tax Reporting (Automatic Exchange of Information - AEOI) is advantageous, though not essential.
  • Familiarity with Power BI and/or Power Automate is a plus.
