Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and supervise a team, ensuring effective performance and development.
• Analyze and improve processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide actionable feedback to refine and improve processes.
• Systematically tackle issues to achieve optimal solutions in a timely manner.

Professional Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical support for B2B SaaS products.
• Proven experience in customer service, technical support, and troubleshooting.
• Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence and process improvements.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with strong people skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational management tools (e.g., JIRA, Salesforce, NetSuite).
• Strong team player with the ability to independently manage workload.
