Collaborate closely with Backend Engineers and Data Scientists to design and implement state-of-the-art solutions. Your expertise in Python, Golang, and MLOps will be pivotal in enhancing user experiences and driving business metrics through innovative ML solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an ML-driven notification system, leveraging advanced recommendation system technologies.
• Develop robust code in Python and Golang for ML production, including data preprocessing, model training, and inference.
• Lead technical initiatives as a Staff-level IC and Tech Lead, shaping the future of MLE at ShareChat.
• Contribute to enhancing our data warehouse capabilities and integrating AI innovations into our product ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Staff-level Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on engineering and MLOps.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Golang, with expertise in deploying ML models at scale.
• Deep understanding of machine learning techniques, neural networks, and state-of-the-art recommendation systems (RecSys).
• Familiarity with Data Warehousing (DWH) and experience in DS/ML competitions like Kaggle are advantageous.
• Knowledge of TensorFlow and other ML frameworks preferred.
