We are looking for a motivated and well-rounded ServiceNow Developer to join our execution team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to drive continuous improvement on the ServiceNow platform and contribute to the success of our projects.
What You’ll Do
- Expertise. Provide subject matter expertise in design, development, and implementation within the ServiceNow platform.
- Guidance. Offer technical guidance to junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure quality based on best practices.
- Support. Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, working on support tickets as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement. Assist stakeholders in adopting new ServiceNow features and maintain knowledge of the latest enhancements.
- Documentation. Create and maintain process documentation and technical design documents.
- Collaboration. Work closely with stakeholders, including the ServiceNow Product Owner, Architect, and Business Analysts, to build effective solutions.
What You’ll Need
Experience. 5+ years in software development, specifically within the ServiceNow platform.
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on experience with ITSM Pro offerings, including Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, and Performance Analytics (at least one project in these areas).
- Advanced technical skills in ServiceNow, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and MID Server configuration.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with other tools.
- Proven ability to guide junior developers.
- Experience collaborating with Business Analysts and Architects to provide solutions and estimate effort.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Certifications
- Certified ServiceNow Administrator.
- Certified Implementation Specialist / Certified Application Developer.
