We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Fusion WMS Consultant to join our team. This position offers the flexibility of working from Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, or even remotely. Experience. 6+ years

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Interaction. Gather and analyze business requirements for the implementation of Fusion WMS.
2. System Design and Configuration. Design and configure the Fusion WMS system to meet clients' business needs.
3. Technical Guidance. Provide expertise in implementing Fusion WMS, including data migration, system configuration, and integration with other systems.
4. Collaboration. Work with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and QA analysts, to ensure successful implementation.
5. Testing. Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and reliability of the Fusion WMS system.
6. Training and Support. Train and support end-users on the use and functionality of Fusion WMS.
7. Troubleshooting. Resolve any issues encountered during implementation and operation.
8. Industry Awareness. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, recommending enhancements and improvements.

Requirements

1. Educational Background. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
2. Experience. Strong knowledge and experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Warehouse Management System (WMS).
3. Analytical Skills. Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
4. Communication Skills. Strong interpersonal skills for effective client and stakeholder interaction.
5. Technical Expertise. Proven experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
6. System Knowledge. Experience in system configuration and customization of Fusion WMS.
7. Integration Experience. Familiarity with integrating Fusion WMS with other systems such as Oracle E-Business Suite.
8. Teamwork. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
9. Organizational Skills. Strong time management skills, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks.
10. Flexibility. Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
