As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting global users of financial applications. You will maintain and enhance these applications to meet the evolving needs of our finance organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead RPA Implementation. Oversee the full lifecycle of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions, from identifying opportunities and gathering requirements to designing, implementing, and testing solutions.
2. Performance Reporting. Create and assist in the creation of RPA performance reports.
3. Collaborate on RPA Technologies. Work with teams to automate and streamline manual business processes using RPA technologies.
4. Data/System Troubleshooting. Utilize analytical skills to address and resolve data/system issues, escalating complex problems to IT as necessary.
5. Support Financial Activities. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end activities, and support special projects as assigned.

What You’ll Need

1. Experience. 4+ years in a role that bridges business units and IT, facilitating communication and project management between the two.
2. Technical Skills. Proficient in Python, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and VBA macros. RPA software experience is preferred.
3. Analytical Abilities. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to design and build processes using technology.
4. Organizational Skills. Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
5. Customer Service Orientation. Strong customer service mindset with the ability to anticipate and address needs.
