Job Description

As an Executive Market Aligned Recruiter in GETA, you will play a crucial role in strategically sourcing and engaging senior executive talent for our key initiatives such as Talent Scouting and Succession Management. You will leverage your deep understanding of the talent market to identify and attract top-tier candidates, contributing to our proactive talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies and deep talent research plans for specific organizations or talent pools.
  • Collaborate closely with executives, HR partners, and team members to align on current and future talent acquisition priorities, particularly for Succession Management and Talent Scouting Programs.
  • Utilize market insights to create candidate profiles and talent pools, ensuring readiness for role-based succession planning.
  • Provide comprehensive talent maps and competitive strategies while educating stakeholders on market trends and realities.
  • Build a robust candidate pipeline and maintain documentation in compliance with our applicant tracking systems.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in executive talent acquisition, including sourcing and recruiting research at the executive level.
  • Expertise in engaging with executive-level talent within either Go-to-Market (GTM) or Engineering organizations of a global company.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, candidate tracking systems, and recruiting CRM tools.

Additional or Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferably 8+ years of executive talent acquisition experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting technologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of the competitive landscape, with global market insight considered a plus.
  • Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking, cross-border collaboration, negotiation, and impactful influence.
