We are seeking a Senior Data Analytics professional who is passionate about analytical problem-solving to join our Research Engagement Services Strategy and Operations (RESSO) team. In this role, you will tackle diverse challenges related to content analytics, interaction analytics, demand sensing, staffing models, cost reporting, and automation. You will collaborate closely with RESSO leadership to structure problems, identify data sources, perform analyses, and communicate findings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborative Analysis. Partner with RESSO colleagues to derive actionable insights that drive adoption and implementation within the organization.
2. Project Ownership. Lead key projects, including RES service level analytics and associate performance analytics.
3. Dashboard Development. Create custom Power BI dashboards and innovative prototypes to enhance productivity for asset teams and delivery consultants.
4. SQL Expertise. Develop and maintain custom SQL queries to serve as data sources for Power BI reports, while addressing ad-hoc analytics requests.
5. Domain Expertise. Become a subject-matter expert on Gartner’s data, analytic tools, and reports, ensuring effective problem-solving and root cause analysis.
6. Continuous Improvement. Support initiatives to enhance RESSO deliverables and operational processes, contributing to the development of new data products and tools.

What You’ll Need

1. Experience. 3-4 years in data analysis, with strong hands-on experience using analytical tools.
2. Education. Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering).
3. Problem Solving. Proven ability to tackle complex problems creatively and tell a compelling story using data.
4. Communication Skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on sharing technical knowledge.
5. Technical Proficiency. Strong SQL skills for data access and transformation, along with expertise in Power BI for reporting and analytics.
6. Organizational Skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Curiosity. An inquisitive mindset with a willingness to learn and embrace new experiences.
