Our Challenge
The Digital Innovation & Transformation team at Synechron is at the forefront of the digital revolution, partnering with clients to realize their digital innovation strategies and programs. From setting up innovation labs and Centers of Excellence (CoE) to developing proofs of concept and Minimum Viable Products (MVP), we work closely with clients to implement digital solutions that address their business challenges. Our approach combines strategic advisory services with hands-on development expertise, ensuring that innovation is applied effectively to domain-specific use cases within the financial services industry.

Skills Required

• Strong technical skills in SQL Server development
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proactive attitude, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with expertise in various technologies
• Familiarity with software development methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Git, JIRA, and Confluence
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and participating in code reviews

Day-to-Day Activities

• Participating in daily stand-up meetings and project planning sessions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and design solutions
• Writing, testing, and deploying software solutions
• Conducting code reviews and providing feedback to team members
• Staying updated with the latest technology trends and advancements
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to team members

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Adaptability to new technologies and changing requirements
