Key Responsibilities

1. Process Logic Development. You will develop and optimize process logic to improve business workflows, ensuring that our systems run efficiently and effectively. Your solutions will play a key role in enhancing the productivity of various business units.
2. Documentation and Reporting. You'll be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed technical documentation and reports using MS Word. This includes clear, concise, and well-organized documentation that supports the team and stakeholders in understanding system workflows, logic, and processes.
3. SQL Queries and Data Analysis. Writing and executing SQL queries will be an essential part of your role. You will analyze large datasets to generate insights, create reports, and identify trends that help drive business decisions.
4. XML Data Management. You will work with XML data formats to ensure smooth system integration and facilitate efficient data exchange across platforms, improving data consistency and interoperability.
5. Collaboration with Stakeholders. Collaborating with internal stakeholders, including business analysts and technical teams, to define and implement technical solutions that align with the company's objectives. Requirements
