As a Specialist Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, you will be a senior solution sales leader within our enterprise sales organization, focusing on the financial services sector. You will lead a virtual team of technical, partner, and consulting resources to drive the sales process, achieving and exceeding sales targets for Dynamics 365 solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Help customers digitally transform their businesses using Dynamics 365, driving revenue and enhancing customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain customer account plans, including analysis of customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Build trusted relationships with Business Decision Makers to understand their strategic objectives and pain points.
- Discover and assess strategic customer objectives, translating them into digital transformation opportunities leveraging Dynamics 365.
- Create and drive demand for qualified digital transformation opportunities within enterprise accounts.
- Lead account strategy in complex business environments, maintaining a current and accurate sales pipeline.
- Support sales promotions and events to close opportunities effectively.
- Manage diverse pursuit teams, leveraging internal and external resources to execute opportunity plans.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, creating compelling value propositions to secure business.
- Own and deliver on revenue targets for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement in your assigned territory.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with 6+ years of experience.
- 9+ years of technology-related sales or account management experience.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology with 8+ years of experience, or a Master’s Degree (e.g., MBA) with 5+ years of experience.
- 6+ years of solution or services sales experience.
Compensation
- The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $141,000 - CAD $212,000 per year. More information on pay can be found here.
