As an ESG Advisory Specialist, you will leverage 1-5 years of experience in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) advisory to guide our clients through the complexities of sustainability frameworks such as GRI, SASB, and others. Your expertise in ESG ratings methodologies (DJSI, S&P, MSCI) and experience in developing ESG policies and targets will be critical in driving meaningful change and delivering impactful results for our clients.

Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the development and implementation of sustainable strategies aligned with global frameworks like IFC and ADB.
- Conduct ESG due diligences to assess risks and opportunities for sustainable investments.
- Support clients in becoming signatories to initiatives like PRI (Principles for Responsible Investment).
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to enhance strategic capacity and achieve mutual goals.
Required Skills
- Sustainability Knowledge. Proven experience in sustainability frameworks (GRI, SASB) and ESG ratings methodologies (DJSI, S&P, MSCI).
