As a Solutions Sales Expert at Amdocs, you will play a pivotal role in driving the sales of our Kenan and C1 BSS solutions. You will collaborate closely with our sales, product management, and engineering teams to understand client needs, craft compelling proposals, and deliver tailored solutions that address complex telecommunications challenges.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify opportunities for Kenan and C1 BSS solutions.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that align with client requirements.
- Assist in creating detailed RFP/RFI responses, ensuring they contain comprehensive technical and functional content.
Technical Expertise
- Serve as the subject matter expert on Kenan and C1 BSS systems, providing deep insights and guidance to clients and internal teams.
- Conduct thorough requirement analysis to ensure proposed solutions meet client business objectives effectively.
- Design and present solution architectures that leverage Kenan and C1 BSS capabilities to address client challenges.
Client Engagement
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, understanding their unique business challenges and how our solutions can add value.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with clients to uncover detailed business and technical requirements.
- Provide ongoing technical support and consultancy throughout the sales cycle, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration
- Work closely with product management and engineering teams to stay informed about product developments, enhancements, and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop compelling sales collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content.
- Support the seamless transition from presales to implementation, ensuring a smooth handover of client requirements and expectations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Education. Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in solution sales, presales, or technical consultancy within the telecommunications industry.
- Proven track record of success with Kenan BSS and C1 BSS systems, including implementation, customization, and support.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of telecommunications BSS/OSS architectures and components.
- Ability to design and present complex BSS solutions tailored to client needs.
- Familiarity with integration and data migration processes between BSS systems.
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Certifications. Relevant certifications in Kenan BSS, C1 BSS, or related telecommunications technologies are a plus.
