Tech Mahindra is looking for a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join their team. This position plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and overseeing complex solutions in the Telco Service Provisioning domain. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in key areas such as Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Order Management (OM) systems (specifically Sigma OM and Pega OM), and Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) tools like Sigma and Salesforce CPQ.
As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that are scalable, efficient, and align with the business objectives. You will be expected to engage closely with both technical and business teams to understand requirements, design appropriate solutions, and ensure successful implementation of these solutions. The position demands proficiency in various technologies like XML, JSON, web services, and Microservices.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design and Implementation. Create and implement solutions in the Telco Service Provisioning domain, leveraging Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Sigma OM, Pega OM, and CPQ tools.
- Integration and Architecture. Design systems and solutions using XML, Microservices, JSON, and web services for seamless integrations and effective communication between components.
- Middleware Expertise. Work with middleware and orchestration tools to ensure smooth data flow and communication between various applications and platforms.
- CI/CD Pipeline Delivery. Ensure solutions are compatible with modern CI/CD tooling and processes, ensuring efficient continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams. Collaborate with business and technical teams, including onsite and offshore resources, to develop and refine the implementation plan and solution design.
- Requirements Analysis and Design. Work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions aligned with business goals and technology constraints.
- Documentation and Best Practices. Maintain clear documentation of solutions, architectures, and design decisions, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the implementation.
- Performance Optimization. Continuously assess and optimize the performance, scalability, and reliability of solutions.
Required Skills and Experience
- Telco Service Provisioning Domain Expertise. Strong understanding of the telco industry’s service provisioning, EPC and Order Management processes.
- Order Management & CPQ Knowledge. Experience with Sigma OM, Pega OM, and CPQ tools such as Sigma/SFDC to design and optimize order processing solutions.
- Technology Proficiency. Expertise in XML, Microservices, JSON, web services, and middleware technologies.
- CI/CD Expertise. Familiarity with modern CI/CD tools and pipelines to ensure the streamlined delivery of solutions.
- Integration Technologies. Strong knowledge of integration platforms and middleware tools to connect disparate systems.
- Soft Skills. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams, including both onsite and offshore groups.
- Team-oriented. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, guiding the technical direction of projects while contributing hands-on technical expertise.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management) and Orchestration suits for managing workflows across various systems.
- Experience in Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure) and integrating solutions with cloud environments.
- Familiarity with modern Agile methodologies and best practices for iterative development and delivery.
- Ability to mentor and guide junior architects and developers, providing leadership in both technical and project management aspects.
