We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Solution Lead specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). This role will involve leading the conceptualization, design, and development of AI solutions, specifically Generative AI (GenAI), while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-added solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and a proven track record in technical design and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

1. Opportunity Identification. Analyze market needs and identify opportunities for value-added AI/ML solutions. Develop compelling points of view and business cases to present to clients.
2. Solution Development. Lead the conceptualization, design, and development of AI and GenAI solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and industry standards.
3. Team Leadership. Build and manage a high-performing team, providing mentorship and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Collaboration. Work closely with relevant teams within TCS to enable effective solution delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
5. Customer Liaison. Engage with clients to understand their needs, provide insights on AI capabilities, and support pre-sales activities.
6. Research & Innovation. Contribute to the development of innovative AI solutions and intellectual property (IP) creation, including filing patents as appropriate.

Skills Profile

Primary Skills

• Hands-on experience across all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Strong expertise in technical design, particularly in AI and GenAI.
• Exposure to technology architecture, with a focus on AI and GenAI.
• Experience in customer liaison and pre-sales activities.

Desirable Skills

• Passion for research and innovation, with a track record of IP creation and filing.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one industry vertical.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Strong programming skills in Java/JEE or Microsoft Stack.
• Familiarity with multiple programming languages including Python, C#, Java, PERL, and PHP.

Know-How

• Understanding of Trustworthy AI principles and practices.
• Knowledge of HCI, distributed large-scale enterprise architecture, mobility, and cloud computing.
• Awareness of performance, scalability, availability, security, and deployment aspects of AI solutions.
