About The Team

The Product Trust team at Postman is dedicated to fortifying the platform's security and reliability. From conceptualizing security solutions to their implementation, the team serves as a bridge between customer-facing teams and engineering, ensuring that Postman meets the highest standards of security, compliance, and governance.

What You'll Be Doing

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver product enhancements and security solutions.
• Build functional prototypes to address internal and external use cases promptly.
• Contribute to the planning and development of major user-facing features.
• Mentor and advocate for best practices in software engineering, emphasizing security and quality.
• Conduct code reviews and take ownership of end-to-end initiatives.

About You

• 3-5 years of experience in developing complex, distributed software applications at scale.
• Proficient in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, and node.js, with a strong grasp of web fundamentals.
• Experience with API platforms and developer tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and software design principles.
