Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2-level support in HANA Enterprise Cloud Technical Operations, focusing on BASIS Service Request Fulfillment and System Build Activities.
- Perform SAP HANA and SYBASE ASE Administration tasks.
- Experience in managing cloud-hosted applications (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Technical Experience
- Installation and Upgrade of SAP NetWeaver and non-NetWeaver Products (ABAP/JAVA/SolMan/BO/DS).
- Conduct system maintenance activities and troubleshooting.
- Perform Client Administration tasks such as Local and Remote Client Copy and client Export-Import.
- Deep understanding of SAP System Architecture.
- Experience with OSLinux file system management.
- Knowledge of HA/DR concepts.
- Conduct Kernel Upgrade and Add-On Installation/Upgrade.
- Install/update certificates in NetWeaver and Non-NetWeaver Products.
- Perform Homogeneous System Copy.
- Manage ABAP/Java Systems.
