In This Role, You Will

  • Collaborate closely with the Technical Program Manager (TPM) and product teams to craft new product features.
  • Develop scalable, resilient, and performant applications.
  • Participate actively in design sessions to challenge, help, and resolve technical issues.
  • Supervise and support our applications, ensuring high-quality performance.
  • Demonstrate excellence and commitment to team values while encouraging your teammates to do the same.
  • Share knowledge and findings with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Prioritize team success over personal achievement, contributing to a collaborative environment.
  • Take ownership of your work, striving for excellence in every detail.
  • Maintain a high-level view of projects, balancing technical needs with business objectives.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in software development (SDLC).
  • Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Java, Scala, Python) and familiar with RDBMS/NoSQL solutions.
  • Experience with JavaScript frameworks, with a strong preference for React.
  • Background in backend development using Node.js.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Familiarity with automated testing, including unit, functional, integration, and performance/load testing.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
