At Expedia’s Traveler & Partner Service Platform (TPSP), we are at the forefront of building cutting-edge products and processes that empower travel agents to provide exceptional service to our customers. As part of the CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) team, you will be instrumental in developing a unified platform that manages customer interactions across multiple channels, including voice, chat, email, and service requests. Your work will ensure seamless query resolution and engagement with customers.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design & Implement. Build scalable, high-quality solutions with clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the full technology stack.
- Collaborate. Work closely with technical staff and other partners in a fast-paced environment to deliver outstanding software.
- Innovate. Identify and implement process and technology improvements that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Production. Investigate issues and provide resolutions to support production systems.
- Solve Challenges. Exercise creativity to provide alternative solutions, removing roadblocks and driving issues to closure.
- Knowledge Sharing. Create and update documentation to share knowledge with team members.
- Participate in Reviews. Actively engage in group technology reviews, offering constructive feedback on both your own and others’ work.
Who You Are
- Educational Background. Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience. 2+ years in Software Engineering.
- Technical Skills. Proficient in Object-Oriented Programming, with a strong grasp of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Computer Science fundamentals. Experience with Java/Python, JavaScript, Spring MVC, and cloud-computing platforms like AWS.
- Problem Solver. Strong debugging skills and an understanding of testing and monitoring tools.
- Team Player. Ability to understand how team goals align with business needs.
